Great Lakes Data Systems (GLDS) and PeakView Solutions have deepened their relationship and are pleased to announce the development of a joint interface. This effort provides WinCable customers with fully-integrated, real-time access to PeakView’s workforce management (WFM) system through GLDS’ new WinForce product which provides PeakView with data to needed to drive workforce efficiencies. Both companies will be meeting with interested clients at the SCTE Tech Expo in Denver, October 27-30, 2009.
